Dreams Distribution, Inc. is a Texas based marketing and consulting firm specializing in Internet based commerce. We have been in business since 1989.

The late Joseph L. Flood, former President and CEO of Dreams Distribution, Inc. had over 35 years experience as an Investment Banker. In 1988 PN Medical came to his firm, J F Financial, Inc. for funding of their invention, an Inspiratory/Expiratory Resistive Breathing (RBT) Trainer (THE BREATHER). This device has been successfully utilized in the medical field assisting patients with breathing disorders, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic congestive heart failure, neuromuscular disease, quadriplegia, cystic fibrosis, postoperative complications, dyspnea, and more.

Joe and his wife and partner of 35 years, Sharron, have run the business together since its inception and now Sharron and their two daughters continue to run the business with the same values established from its beginning.

Peggy Nicholson, MPH, RRT, founder and president of PN Medical, has made the company a leader in the health care industry with affordable products.

Peggy is the inventor and patent holder of the FDA 510(k) approved Breather.

Peggy has written several publications for medical patients and the book "Better Breathing - a self teaching manual", which is in its fourth edition.

PN Medical was approached with the idea of using this device for sports conditioning and had a preliminary study done by Sports Training, Inc. in 1990. The results were extremely positive. Because of a prior commitment by PN Medical it was not pursued until now.

During the past eleven years we have worked closely with the principals of PN Medical (our partner in this endeavor) developing THE SPORTS BREATHER™.
